Our postpartum doula services provide comprehensive support to new families after childbirth. We offer assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, household organization, and emotional support, ensuring a smooth and confident transition into parenthood.

CONSULTATIONS ARE ALWAYS FREE
LABOR AND BIRTH SUPPORT THAT MEETS THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
As your doula we are there for you physically and emotionally-with knowledge and experience. We are there to make sure you can make informed choices and support any decision you make.
PRENATAL VISITS
Following our initial consultation, we will meet in the comfort of your home to discuss birth history, birth views, and desires for upcoming labor, delivery, and postpartum. Providing you with resources and tools. Your doula, will help with a birth plan and discuss comfort measure techniques for early labor. These visits will occur 2-3 times before your due date.
**Additional visits are available and we can customize a package that suits your needs.
BIRTHING GUIDANCE
We will be with you at all moments during your labor, reassuring all your needs and comforts are met. With access to comfort tools, emotional support, family support, encouragement, and information. After the labor is done, we will stay up to 2 hrs. to ensure your comfort and breastfeeding needs are met.
**Additional hours are available and we can customize a package that suits your needs.
POSTPARTUM CARE
We will meet you in the comfort of your home, this visit will cater to your needs. Whether that'd be emotional support, helping answer breastfeeding questions, basic newborn care, light housekeeping, postpartum comfort measures, or all of it. The postpartum period is sacred and deserves support, comfort, and help.
Night shifts include newborn care, helping baby to sleep, feeding, breastfeeding assistance, assisting with baby laundry, washing baby bottles if time calls for it. Your PP doula rests when your baby sleeps.
